Lead with Purpose is an immersive, multi-day cohort program for people who lead teams, projects, and/or small organizations. Participants will join a mixed cohort of ~25 leaders from various Boston area companies and organizations to learn, discuss, and reflect upon effective leadership and management practices. Laura Parrott, VP of L&D at HubSpot, designed this six-session workshop with for new managers at high-growth companies in Boston. Laura was previously part of the L&D team at Google, and was a facilitator for Intelligent.ly's management development program.

VPE Forum (Website)
